Use this checklist to stay safe while transporting items for other people.
Before departure
Share your itinerary with someone you trust.
Confirm pickup locations are well-lit and public whenever possible.
Inspect the item so you know exactly what you are carrying through customs.
During the trip
Keep the item within sight, especially during layovers or transfers.
Use TSA-approved locks if you must place the item in checked baggage.
Stay aware of your surroundings and avoid discussing the delivery with strangers.
At delivery
Verify the passcode the sender provided before handing over the item.
Meet in a public place or bring a companion if you feel uncertain.
Contact support immediately if the recipient’s behavior raises concerns.
