Every delivery has baseline coverage up to $500 for loss or damage caused during transit.
Optional premium plans extend protection up to $5,000 for high-value items.
Coverage begins at pickup and ends once the delivery is confirmed in the app.
Eligibility requirements
Claims apply only when the item complied with policies and was handled with reasonable care.
Prohibited items or inaccurate descriptions are not eligible for reimbursement.
Keep photo evidence and communication records to support potential claims.
Filing a claim
Open the delivery timeline and choose Report an Issue to start the guided claim form.
Attach photos, receipts, and a clear description of what occurred.
The claims team responds within 48 hours and may ask for additional documentation.
