Verifying your email address
Troubleshoot email verification issues so you can start posting requests or accepting deliveries.
Resend the code
Check your spam or promotions folder for the email titled "Verify your iCarry account."
If you still do not see it, return to the sign-up screen and choose Resend Code to trigger a new email.
Wait at least two minutes before requesting another code to avoid rate limits on your account.
Use an alternative address
Corporate email filters may block verification messages; try using a personal email if the code never arrives.
You can change your email in Settings once verification is complete, so you are not locked into a single address.
Adding support@icarry.app to your contacts improves deliverability for future notifications.
Contact support
Reach out through the in-app chat or email support@icarry.app if you cannot verify after several attempts.
Include the email address you used during sign-up and the approximate time of your most recent attempt.
A team member can manually confirm your account after they verify your identity.
