Supported payment methods
Review the payment options available for senders and travelers on iCarry.
For senders
Currently, payments are made via SEPA bank transfer from European bank accounts.
Payment is processed after handoff verification is completed and held securely in escrow until delivery is confirmed.
You'll receive bank transfer details including IBAN and a payment reference to include with your transfer.
After you complete the transfer, payment verification typically takes up to 24 hours.
For travelers
Payouts are made via SEPA bank transfer to your European bank account.
Add your IBAN and account holder name in Settings → Payments before completing deliveries.
Payouts are processed after delivery is confirmed and typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
Make sure the name on your payout account matches your verified identity to avoid delays.
Currency and fees
All transactions are processed in EUR (Euros).
Platform fees are shown before you confirm a transaction.
We never ask you to move money off-platform; doing so violates the terms of service.
