Closing or deleting your account
Decide whether to pause, deactivate, or permanently delete your iCarry account.
Pausing temporarily
Use Vacation Mode to hide your profile and pause new requests without losing your data.
Choose an automatic reactivation date or resume manually when you are ready.
You can still log in to view past deliveries or download receipts while paused.
Requesting deletion
Navigate to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account to start the permanent deletion process.
Ensure all deliveries, disputes, and payouts are complete before submitting the request.
We remove your data within 30 days except where retention is required for legal reasons.
Downloading your data
Generate a report of your delivery history, messages, and receipts if you need records for taxes or reimbursements.
Support can provide a machine-readable export of your personal data upon request.
After deletion, you will need to create a new account if you decide to return to iCarry in the future.
