Spot issues early
Review the restricted items list before accepting new deliveries.
Decline requests that lack documentation for pharmaceutical, high-value, or perishable goods.
Trust your instincts—if a sender seems evasive, pause and verify with support.
After acceptance
If you discover the problem before pickup, cancel the delivery in the app and report the listing.
Do not take possession of an item you believe is illegal or unsafe to transport.
If you already picked it up, store it securely and contact support for guidance on returning it safely.
If authorities intervene
Cooperate fully with law enforcement and explain that you are carrying the item for an iCarry delivery.
Request documentation of any seizure or inspection to share with support.
Upload the paperwork to the timeline so we can help the sender understand what happened.
