Message templates for quick replies
Save time with reusable templates for common delivery updates and questions.
Create a template
Open any chat, tap the Templates icon, and choose Create New Template.
Give the template a descriptive name so you can find it quickly later.
Compose the message using placeholders such as {pickup_time} or {sender_name}.
Use placeholders well
Placeholders automatically fill in known delivery details when you insert the template.
Edit the message before sending if you need to add unique context.
Preview the final text to ensure the placeholders resolved correctly.
Recommended templates
Pickup confirmation: “Hi {sender_name}, I’ll arrive around {pickup_time}. Anything specific I should know?”
Customs update: “Item cleared customs at {customs_time}. Estimated arrival is {arrival_estimate}.”
Delivery complete: “Hi {sender_name}, {recipient_name} received the package. Photo proof attached.”
